One-week AYP Yoga and meditation retreat

in Tuscany, Italy


18th- 25th  May 2019




The Venue


    The retreat will be held at Il Risveglio Retreat Centre in Tuscany, Italy.


    The centre is located in an area of hills and woodland in the province of Grosetto. There are 40 hectares of land surrounding the centre, with an organic garden, an orchard and 800 olive trees.


    There are some great walks in the local area, so bring some walking shoes/ boots.






The yoga


    Practices will include Asanas, Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and Samyama, as well as other yoga practices.  


    The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence, peace-fullness and inner purification. Talks will be given during the retreat on the process of the purification of the subtle body and on the stages of meditation and the cultivation of samadhi.


   Full instructions in practice will be given.  All yoga classes and meditation sessions are optional, so each person can take the retreat at whatever pace suits them. The retreat will be suitable for people at any level of yoga practice.



Languages


    The retreat will be taught and led in the English language.



Retreat leaders


    The retreat will be led by Amandine Perrin and Tristan Dorling.




Food


    Food will be vegetarian. The food served will support a yoga and meditation practice and is organic and locally grown. We can also cater for vegan diets and special diets such as dairy or gluten free, if you let us know in advance.


    There will be two meals served each day (brunch and dinner) and fruits and hot drinks will be available all day.






Cost


      590 Euros per person in a shared room (2 or 3 sharing)  (£500)

      660 Euros per person in a single room  (£566)



     The price includes accommodation for 7 nights, food and all the yoga and meditation sessions during the retreat.


   All rooms are single sex, unless you are travelling with a friend in which case, you can share a room if you wish.


    A deposit of 70 Euros is required to secure a place on the retreat.
