5-day (4 night) AYP Yoga and meditation retreat

The Venue

    We will be running this retreat in a beautiful venue in the mountains of La Drome. The venue is a working farm with a large yoga practice hall.  There are beautiful walks in the nearby hills.

The yoga

    Practices will include Asanas, Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and Samyama, as well as other yoga practices.  

    The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence, peace-fullness and inner purification.

    The requested theme of the retreat will be “Enlightenment, and how it is related to the AYP system of yoga, to kundalini and to the evolving stages of the mind.”

This will include:

    Full instructions in practice will be given.  All yoga classes and meditation sessions are optional, so each person can take the retreat at whatever pace suits them. The retreat will be suitable for people at any level of yoga practice.


    The retreat will be taught and led in the French language. Evening satsangs will be in English with French translation.

Retreat leaders

    The retreat will be led by Amandine Perrin and Tristan Dorling.


    Food will be vegetarian. The food served will support a yoga and meditation practice and is organic and locally grown. We can also cater for vegan diets and special diets such as dairy or gluten free, if you let us know in advance.

    There will be two meals served each day (brunch and dinner).


Mini Dorm (4 sharing)/ Camping/ Campervan:     Early Bird: 430 Euros per person (full price 475 euros)

Twin/ double shared room, or Glamping*:               Early Bird: 475 Euros per person (full price 520 euros)

Single room:                                                                Early Bird:  520 Euros (full price 570 euros)

    Note: Early bird prices are available until 4th March 2020.

    The price includes accommodation for 4 nights, food and all the yoga and meditation sessions during the retreat.

    If you are coming on your own and staying in a shared room, you will be put with someone of the same gender.

    *The glamping tents are twin (two beds) and are already set up with beds in.

    A deposit of 100 Euros is required to secure a place on the retreat. The balance is then due two-months before the retreat starts.

Arriving by train and taxi:

If you arrive from Die station or from Lus la Croix-Haute, a taxci service will bring you to the centre for 5 euro.
