Weekend Online Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) Retreat

Advanced Pranayama

This retreat will be taking place online on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November 2025.

During the retreat we will be looking at the advanced pranayama practice of AYP.

This will include

  • Yoni Mudra Kumbhaka
  • Dynamic Jalandhara Bandha
  • Spinal Bhastrika
We will also look at the use of mudras and bandhas in these practices and in Spinal Breathing
 

Practices on the retreat will include Asana, Spinal Breathing Pranayama, mantra meditation and samyama.

The retreat will be led in English. Class times are in London (UK) time. 

To take part, it is recommended to be in a quiet location, where you can focus on your spiritual practices over the course of the event.

None of the classes on the retreat will be recorded. Home recording is not permitted.

Tristan has been practicing yoga and meditation for around 35 years and teaching internationally for the last 12 years. He trained in Nepal, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka.

He specializes in the teaching of meditation, pranayama and the philosophy of yoga.

The cost of this 2-day Zoom event is £60.
