This online retreat will be taking place online from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th April. To take part you will need to have Zoom downloaded onto your phone or computer.
Practices will include asana, Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama, and Samyama.
During the weekend we will be looking at the topic of “Overcoming obstacles on the spiritual path”. This will include both energetic obstacles and traps of the mind .
The retreat will be led in English. It will be suitable for people of all levels of practice.
Class times are in U.K. (London) time.
To take part, it is recommended to be in a quiet location where you can focus on your spiritual practices over the weekend.
