Online AYP weekend Retreat

19th June - 21st June 2020

This retreat will be taking place online. To take part you will need to have Zoom downloaded onto your phone or computer.

Practices will include asana, Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama, and Samyama.

The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence, inner purification, peace-fullness and bliss. The topic of the retreat will be: “Kundalini and the process of purification of the subtle nervous system.”

Other topics covered will include pranayama and self-inquiry. Full instructions in practice will be given. 

The retreat will be led in English and will be suitable for people of all levels of experience. 

The timings of the classes are designed to be suitable for people living in Europe. Class times are in U.K. (London) time.

The retreat will start on Friday afternoon and finish on Sunday afternoon. To take part, it is recommended to be in a quiet location where you can focus on your spiritual practices over the weekend.

Tristan Dorling

Tristan has been practicing yoga and meditation for around 30 years and teaching internationally for the last 10 years. He trained in Nepal, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka.

He specializes in the teaching of meditation, pranayama and the philosophy of yoga.
