Advanced Yoga Practices online retreat

This online retreat will be taking place online from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th February. To take part you will need to have Zoom downloaded onto your phone or computer.

Practices will include asana, Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama, and Samyama. The topic for the weekend will be “Mudras, bandhas and siddhasana”. We will also look at the process of kundalini, natural vajroli, the nectar cycle and the production of soma and amrita in the higher centres.

The retreat will be led in English and will be suitable for people of all levels of experience. 

Class times are in U.K. (London) time. 

To take part, it is recommended to be in a quiet location where you can focus on your spiritual practices over the weekend.

Tristan has been practicing yoga and meditation for around 30 years and teaching internationally for the last 10 years. He trained in Nepal, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka.

He specializes in the teaching of meditation, pranayama and the philosophy of yoga.
