13th to 16th January 2022

Time zone - London U.K.

This retreat will be taking place online from Thursday 13th to Sunday 16th January 2022. To take part you will need to have Zoom downloaded onto your phone or computer.

During the retreat we will be looking at the process of liberation from the mind. We will be looking at the Recognition Sutras from 10th Century Indian yoga. We will also look at the teachings of Rigpa and Dzogchen in Tibetan Buddhism and at the process of Enlightenment in the Zen tradition of Japan. And we will look at how all of these tie in with the Advanced Yoga Practices teachings on the process of awakening and liberation.

Basic practices on the retreat will include asana, spinal breathing pranayama, deep meditation using the AYAM mantra and samyama.

The retreat will be led in English. Class times are in London (UK) time.

To take part, it is recommended to be in a quiet location where you can focus on your spiritual practices over the course of the event.
