Online AYP Weekend Retreat (America)

The four Yogas of the Bhagavad Gita

23rd - 25th October 2020

This online weekend retreat will be taking place from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th October. It will start on the Friday afternoon and finish on Sunday morning. Class timings are in EST (Eastern Standard Time: USA)

To take part you will need to have Zoom downloaded onto your phone or computer. 

Practices will include asana, Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama, and Samyama. The topic for the weekend will be “The four yogas of the Bhagavad Gita: Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Dhyana Yoga and Jnana Yoga, and how these relate to the AYP system”.

The focus of the retreat will be on the cultivation of inner silence, inner purification, peace-fullness and bliss. 

The retreat will be led in English and will be suitable for people of all levels of experience. 

The timings of the classes are designed to be suitable for people living in The USA, Canada or Central or South America.  Class times are in EST (Eastern Standard Time). 

To take part, it is recommended to be in a quiet location, where you can focus on your spiritual practices over the weekend.

Tristan has been practicing yoga and meditation for around 30 years and teaching internationally for the last 10 years. He trained in Nepal, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka.

He specializes in the teaching of meditation, pranayama and the philosophy of yoga.
