Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP): Teacher Training Courses

AYP yoga teacher training courses have been held since 2017. The courses cover every aspect of AYP including Deep Meditation, Pranayama, Samyama, asana practice, mudras, bandhas, Karma Yoga, and Jnana Yoga. The courses cover the practice of AYP and also guide students through the process of teaching AYP effectively in the world. 

The courses lead to the qualification of CYT (Certified Yoga Teacher).

Making the AYP Yoga Teacher Training Course available as an online video course

We are currently in the process of making the AYP Teacher Training Course available as a series of online video courses. This will help to make the training available to many more people around the world. More announcements about this will be made soon as we have more details. Updates will be put on this page as well as in the AYP Email Updates.
